This Privacy Policy explains how MYXEON ("MYXEON", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website, install or play our games, or use our applications and services (together, the "Services").
We've written this in plain language because we think you deserve to understand it without a law degree. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Short version: we collect the minimum we need to build and run great products, we never sell your personal data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email and message content when you email us or submit a project enquiry.
- Account data — username, profile and credentials where a product requires an account.
- Support & feedback — anything you choose to share when you report a bug or contact support.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — device model, OS version, app/game version, crash logs, in-product events and performance metrics.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address (city/country level), never precise GPS unless a feature explicitly asks and you consent.
- Identifiers — anonymous device or advertising identifiers used for analytics and abuse prevention.
03 How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve our apps, games and websites.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To understand how features are used so we can make them better.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security and technical issues.
- To send service-related communications (and, only with your consent, occasional updates).
- To comply with legal obligations.
04 Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide Services you request), legitimate interests (to improve and secure our products), consent (for optional analytics, marketing and precise location), and legal obligation (to meet our compliance duties).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiry emails are typically retained for up to 24 months; account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a verified deletion request, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Port your data to another service.

09 Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Where a product is family-rated, we apply additional safeguards and limit data collection accordingly.
10 Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised policy.
